Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to La Fiesta Dance Factory classes, packages, memberships and studio hire.

Please read the relevant payment, cancellation and credit policies before booking or paying. All policies are subject to your rights under Australian law.

1. Class Purchases

Payments

  • All classes, packages and memberships must be paid for before participation.

  • Purchases are non-refundable for change of mind, customer cancellation or non-attendance, except where required under Australian law.

Cancellations

  • Contact us directly by email, text or through the booking system.

  • At least 24 hours before class: your booking can be transferred to another available class or issued as a credit.

  • Less than 24 hours before class: cancellations, no-shows and missed classes without notice are considered used and forfeited.

Credits & Expiry

  • Credits are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash and are subject to class availability.

  • Unused classes, packages and memberships do not automatically roll over beyond their validity period unless La Fiesta approves otherwise.

Late Arrival

  • Arriving late does not extend your class time or entitle you to a refund or credit.

If La Fiesta Cancels

  • We will offer an alternative class, credit or another appropriate option, without limiting your rights under Australian law.

2. Studio Hire

Payments & Access

  • Full payment is required before using the studio and before access information is released.

  • Payments are non-refundable for change of mind or hirer cancellation, except where required under Australian law.

Cancellations & Credits

  • Contact us directly by email, text or through the booking system.

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the booking can be transferred to a credit.

  • Credits are valid for 3 months from the original booking date.

  • Credits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Rescheduled bookings are subject to studio availability.

If La Fiesta Cancels

  • We will offer an alternative time, credit or another appropriate option, without limiting your rights under Australian law.

3. Health & Participation

  • Dance and fitness classes involve physical activity and some inherent risk.

  • Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically able to participate.

  • Tell your instructor about any injury, limitation or concern before taking part.

  • Stop participating and advise the instructor if you experience pain, injury or feel unwell.

  • Follow reasonable safety instructions from La Fiesta staff and instructors.

4. Behaviour & Safety

  • Treat instructors, staff and other customers respectfully.

  • La Fiesta may refuse entry or ask someone to leave for unsafe, aggressive, disruptive, threatening or inappropriate behaviour.

  • Participants may be asked to stop if their behaviour creates a safety risk to themselves or others.

  • Removal for inappropriate or unsafe behaviour does not automatically entitle you to a refund or credit, subject to Australian law.

5. Studio Use & Hirer Responsibilities

Booking Times & Capacity

  • Start, finish and vacate the studio within your booked time. Additional time may incur an extra hire charge.

  • Do not exceed the studio’s maximum permitted capacity.

  • Ensure your activity is appropriate and safe for the space.

Insurance & Deposits

  • Commercial hirers may be required to provide appropriate public liability insurance.

  • Any applicable bond or security deposit will be advised before payment.

Cleanliness, Damage & Conduct

  • Leave the studio clean, tidy and in the same condition in which it was provided.

  • Hirers may be responsible for damage caused by themselves or anyone attending under their booking.

  • Hirers are responsible for the conduct of their staff, students, guests, performers and attendees.

6. Australian Consumer Rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under Australian law, including the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Acceptance

By making payment for any class, package, membership or studio hire, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to the applicable Terms & Conditions, including the payment, cancellation and credit policies.
